Repairs and Restorations

Warranty:

We take great pride in performing all jewelry repairs on-site. We also have strict
quality control standards that have to be met for each and every repair. This
allows us to offer our customers a full one year warranty against defective
workmanship.

Take - in:

We take your piece and carefully inspect it under magnification for any needed
work. We can then advise you of the most cost effective way to repair it. Your
piece is then photographed and a picture is printed on the job envelope that
accompanies your jewelry as it makes its way through the shop. All of our
customer’s jewelry is stored in our safe overnight while it’s in our care.

Ring Sizing:

Our most commonly asked for service. We can size rings in all precious
metals; Gold, Platinum, Silver and Palladium. “Tough” sizing jobs, involving for
example; channel set stones, extreme adjustments of 3-4 sizes or delicately
constructed rings are handled by senior shop staff who have the experience and
skill to foresee any problems before they develop.

Restorations:

We love taking an old piece of jewelry that may have seen better days and
returning it to its former glory. We are well versed in the old stone setting and
engraving styles that are necessary to do this work correctly.
