We take great pride in performing all jewelry repairs on-site. We also have strict quality control standards that have to be met for each and every repair. This allows us to offer our customers a full one year warranty against defective workmanship.
Custom Design

Although we do a lot of typical jewelry store stuff here at Dutille’s, your custom design project from start to finish, is our primary focus. We believe that proper communication is the key to a successful custom design project and we pride ourselves in being able to take the, “what if I don’t like it”, question out of the equation. One of the things we enjoy the most about our store is helping people remount their gems or family gems into a brand new piece of jewelry. Bring in whatever it is you want to use. Grandma’s worn out engagement ring, mom’s outdated ruby and diamond ring, grandparent’s wedding band, or just a collection of your own unused jewelry that’s collecting dust somewhere. Whatever it is, we can sit down with you and design a piece that will be beautiful, durable, and will satisfy all your needs.

Engraving

The best way to personalize a gift or piece of fine jewelry is by engraving a name, initials or a special message. Dutille’s offers two different ways to engrave jewelry and gifts. We have a computerized engraving machine that offers approximately two dozen fonts to choose from! This is a great option for many different types of gifts.
